Crockpot Pork Ribs

Holy. Cow. Or pig if you will. One of the best crock pot dishes I've ever made. Our grill is on its last leg with us. We just haven't gone out and gotten a new one yet. So it is basically out of use for right now. But I have these pork ribs sitting in my freezer calling my name. I've had them on the menu to have fore at least a month and just keep putting it off because it doesn't work really without a grill. And then it hit me...the Crock pot.

So, after getting the ribs all thawed out and ready, I threw them in, looked at what i had in the cupboard and went to work. I had to leave for most of the day to do laundry (long story) so I set them on low and let them do all the hard work. As I got out of my car after doing laundry, I could smell them in the drive way. That makes for a wonderful homecoming. These will be made in the near future, and by near I really mean next week. Just kidding. But really... Enjoy!

Crock pot Pork Ribs
1 lb. boneless pork ribs
1 bottle favorite barbeque sauce
Lawry's Season salt
Garlic salt
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Throw the ribs in the crock pot. Season with season salt, garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Mix round to get the seasons all over the ribs. Pour barbeque sauce over the ribs. Set on low and cook for 6-8 hours until done. They will literally fall apart as you try to take them out.
